Support families in crisis

€1.00

When an emergency strikes, Concern Worldwide responds rapidly to save lives and reduce suffering.  In 2025, we responded to 45 emergencies in 22 countries, including disease outbreaks, conflict-driven displacement and natural disasters. From disease outbreaks in the Democratic Republic of Congo to natural disasters in Venezuela and conflict-driven displacement in Sudan, Concern teams respond wherever humanitarian needs are most urgent.

This gift can provide a lifeline to families through some of life’s most difficult challenges, circumstances hard for most of us to even imagine.

This gift supports our Emergency programme, providing life-saving support to families affected by disaster and conflict.

In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, for example, people continue to live in fear that they or their loved ones will become ill as Ebola threatens communities.

Concern teams are there to help. Emergency funding like this has enabled our teams to respond rapidly - raising awareness, distributing prevention kits, installing handwashing stations, and strengthening infection prevention - helping to stop the spread of disease and protect families.

Ndururu, pictured here, lives in North Kivu, DRC with her children and husband. Concern teams are working here with families like theirs to prevent further spread of Ebola.
